Hight a Row or variabel in a list view

I have a request to highlight a ROW or variable in a list view bast on a Catalog Item.

Example:

I new ticket come in and it a Catalog Item of "Remove User"

The technician has list view of all open tickets from the sc_req_item table.

What is want is to either highlight a row or variable if a ticket is using the Remove User Catalog Item.

You can conditionally highlight any cell in a row in the list view by defining field styles.
