How do I find the SAM Pro plugin?

We had SAM Pro installed on our instance but I look in Plugins as an administrator, I do not find: com.snc.samp

All of the SAM functionality is available, so I should I be looking for a different plugin name?

Please open an incident with HI Support team to get SAMP plugin activated. You wont see it in your instance.
