How do we have Service Credits (sn_serivce_credits) in our instance?

We don't have Vendor Management Plugin installed in our instance but we do have Service Credits in our instance. We are not sure how it came through. There are no installation logs or Install Dates in the plugin.

Could some other Plugins have installed this?

Note:- I know I can raise a HI ticket, but I would like to check with the community if somebody has faced a similar issue.
