Hi Everyone,
I would like to learn more about the "First to Breach" feature introduced in the SLA Timer Configuration in the Zurich release.
Could anyone help me understand:
- The key benefits of using this feature
- Typical use cases where it is recommended
- How it can be configured and used within the system
Any guidance or documentation would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

The "First to Breach" source feature within the ServiceNow Service Level Management (SLM) SLA Timer Configuration dynamically surfaces and tracks the most time-sensitive SLA attached to a task. While the core timer engine existed in previous family releases, the Zurich release enhances it significantly by adding support for Target-based and Advanced Condition-based filtering. This update allows you to control exactly which imminent breach countdown is presented to fulfil complex service level expectations.
