How to add an option in the list filter search dropdown[Highlighted in red circle below]? Can someone show some light on this.

You have to add the corresponding columns ("Closed", "Created") to your list view. There is no other way as entries in the Search selection are added automatically based on the visible columns in the list view

Thank you so much. Do you know which configuration in ServiceNow is doing this trick[i.e When we add a new column that appears in the search option dropdown]. I am accepting your solution.
