How to add "Additional details" tab after "activity", "attachment" for incidents on portal that appears after ticket is submitted.

additional details need to be visible for an incident ticket, it is by default visible for requested items.

Thanks for it, i will try to do the same you have provided above, i am not yet created widget in last experience so have one doubt here, where your fetching only the close notes variable value, because i am more comfortable on backend coding , i cannot see any variable as close note, if the record is not valid its returning null right , so there we need to add our code.???
