How to create a Change Request as Unauthorized ?

In my instance, I need to trigger a notification when an unauthorized change request is created. However, I don't see an "Unauthorized" field in the Change Request form (Emergency or Normal types exist).
- How can I create an unauthorized change request?
- Is there a standard way ServiceNow handles unauthorized changes?
- Do I need to create a new field or is it determined automatically?

But in this YouTube video, it is not saying about how we can create an unauthorized change. And in the documentation also basic things are there. Can you guide me how to generate this unauthorized change.?
Because i have a story to implement "As a Change Manager, I want a notification to trigger to the Change assignee when an unauthorized change has occurred. For every unauthorized change request that is created, email notification is sent to: - Change management group - Configuration Item – assigned to - Configuration Item – owned by - Configuration Item – managed by"

Hi @akhilaanil ,
Unauthorized change request is created from the emergency CR with help oUnauthorized field which is available on emergency CR form.
You can please discuss requirement again with your BA so that you will get full understanding of what they need to use.
if they are using OOTB process then simply create a new custom Notification on change form with the required condition.
