Hi,
I have created a flow for creating three RITM's on one request and mapped to the respective groups but here i want to create one SCTASK for each RITM that means one RITM under one SCTASK and 2nd RITM under one SCTASK and 3rd RITM under one TASK.
I have tried to add create catalog task after 4th step and 6th step but it is generating multiple duplicate RITM's.
Can anyone please help on this, it will be usefull.
Thanks!

The flow will setup all the appropriate fields on each task as it creates the task using Create Catalog Task action step. Variables will copy down (you can select which ones) and you can set the Assignment Group, Ask for Approvals, etc. for each, even make the approvals and tasks run in series or parallel based on how you write the flow. Flow is extremely powerful and worth learning it well to use it properly. You can adjust the SCTask form using Form Builder, and add custom fields if needed.
There are ton of YouTube videos that can help as well. Do a google search for ServiceNow Request Flow YouTube, or similar to find them.
