How to create secure access link

Hi Team,

 

I am working on one integration where  i  need to send PIN number to user via email -However I dont want that PIN to be visible in ServiceNow on task   its only user who can access the link .Is this configuration possible ?? Any other way to share secure pin to user  and no one have access to view it

Hi @vinitaraico ,

 

You can create field level read ACL on that field and allow only to user.

You mean  read  level ACL in comment field
