How to find what workflow is being used for Knowledge Article

Hi All, 

Is there a way to find out what workflow a Knowledge article is using? A user is trying to retire one certain article but when he goes to retire he get the "pending retirement" message but the article isnt sent for approval. This is only going on with 1 Knowledge article, he has been able to retire many others today (he has correct permissions/in correct group). 

 

I know there are only two workflows we use for retirement the approval and instant retire.

 

Could someone advise please.

Hello,

Navigate to the knowledge base (kb_knowledge_base) the knowledge article is created under.

In the knowledge base record , you will see 'Publish Workflow' and 'Retire Workflow' fields which contains the name of the publish or retire workflow that's being used by the knowledge articles created for that knowledge base.

 

Moreover , you can also look for the active workflow context (Workflow > Active Context) for the knowledge article in the 'Related Record' column and see the workflow in that's being executed.
