How to get previous value in email script

Hello All,

I have requirement like when the catalog item is update then the notification will get trigger with following details.

Previous Catalog Item Name: Test Catalog Item

New Catalog Item Name: XXXXXX

Previous Category: Office

New Category: XXX

Previously Available For:itil user

Now Available for: XXXXX

I have create notification and write email script but i am not abel to fetch previous value in email script. Please anyone can tell me how can fetach this previous values.
