How to hide the RITM variables when clicking the Preview (info icon)? I have already checked Configure → Layout, and I can see the Variable Editor formatter there. How can I hide the variables in the preview view?

Hi @Baskarank ,

you can configure the form layout with view as sys_popup

add the fields you want to show up when the record is previewed (remove the variable editor in the new view layout)

Hi @Baskarank ,

you just want to hide few variables?

can't say it's not possible but

you would have to copy/modify the ui macro and create new formatter with that macro to be able to achieve it

you can add read roles on the variable but this would hide them form the ritm and sctask not just when being previewed if the user don't have the role.

so ui formatter and ui macro is the way to go
