How to Send CAB Meeting Invitations to Multiple Users and Groups in Outlook ?

Hello everyone,

I have a requirement to ensure that CAB Definition meeting invitations are sent not only to the attendees listed in the cab_meeting table but also to a broader audience, including:

• Over 40 groups and 80 individual users that I’ve manually specified.
• Assignment groups associated with the change requests listed in the agenda section.

While I’ve added all the necessary users and groups to the email notification , I’ve observed that only the attendees listed in the cab_meeting  attendess are receiving the Outlook calendar invites. The notifications are triggered successfully in the instance, but the calendar invites are not reaching the additional recipients in Outlook.

Is there a way to extend the meeting invitation logic to include these additional users and groups so they also receive the Outlook calendar invite?

Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Having 40 groups and 80 users for CAB seems like a lot. But if you have a valid use case, we can consider it. Are these groups and users fixed, or do they vary by CAB or specific peers? If it's for all CABs, it's better to add them here. For individual users, the best option is to create a group and add them there.
