Start your preparation with:

• IT Service Management (ITSM) Implementation On Demand (Zurich) - ServiceNow University.
• IT Service Management (ITSM) Fundamentals Simulator (Zurich) - ServiceNow University.

Complete all the labs that are associated with the above courses. 

Refer YouTube videos if want to understand the concepts more deeply and practice these all in your PDI.
