How to transition from your tasks in the Employee Center to the platform screen

Is it possible to transition from my tasks in the Employee Center to my approvals on the platform?

We want to handle change request and change task approvals on the platform side, but we need a link that allows employees to directly access the platform's approval screen when they notice an approval request on the employee center.
