How to update fields and hide options in Create New Template when selected from within change module

Hi All, 

My Requirement is that when user is in Create New Change and clicks on Toggle template bar and selects New Template, i should remove a couple of existing options and also under field "choose field" only selected options should be visible. This is not Standard change template. any advise on this is greatly appreciated.

This is easily achieved:

1. Under Change > Standard Change > Administration 

2. Amend the field in the Property 'List of Change Request value fields that a user cannot specify via the 'Propose a New Standard Change template' or 'Modify a Standard Change template' record producer'
3. Save the form

Hi Atul,
This was related to non - standard changes. I ended up raising a case with ServiceNow and was advised that certain fields cannot be hidden currently.
