How to validate the Citrix ITSM Connector is Connected within the flow?

Citrix ITSM Adapter service.
I am trying to check if the Connection Status is Connected. I have a flow, I need to check this to perform some steps within my flow. Your help is highly appreciated.

There is no specific check action at present...so to validate the connection within your flow you will need to either query the citrix itsm connector status record and check value is connected or not, or make a test api call to the itsm adapter service and evaluate the response before executing further steps......

Thank you! I created a Flow Action to re-authenticate the Citrix connection. The Citrix ITSM plugin includes out-of-the-box script includes for re-authentication, and after following those, I was able to get everything working.
