Http Header new is not getting visible for a set of people

For some user who have "Admin" Role is not able to see the "New" in the Http Request for Rest Message of the OutBound .

Did you ask them to clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login again?

Hi @NeethuB 

 

A. Try it Incognito Browser/Private browser , 

If still error persists

B. Validate if any restrictions is set in the List Control settings

  1. Navigate to the REST Message list view.
  2. Right-click the list header and select Configure > List Control.
  3. Ensure the Omit new button checkbox is unchecked.
  4. Verify that the New roles field does not contain roles that the affected administrators lack.

If all good, 

C. Verify ACLs (Access Control Lists):
Admins need create access on the REST Message table (sys_rest_message) and the HTTP Methods table (sys_rest_message_fn).
