Based on the screenshots above, even though AWS Classic is selected, the “OnPremise/AWS SQL BL Shared” form variable is still being populated in the RITM.

Please find the attached screenshots of the flow and UI Policies for reference

Hi @SrinivasuSa,

when you populate the mandatory variables, you still cannot complete the RITM?

Eventually check for some CTASKs, if there is any active, close the SCTASKs and it should automatically close the RITM and eventually REQ as well...

Another thing is that the flow execution mentions some error on line 11, have you reviewed that? what is is about?

EDIT:

another thing is marking this checkbox:

do you have chance to test this in non-prod environment?

Hi @GlideFather

Thank you for your response

  • Tasks are not being generated because the flow is getting stuck before task creation.

  • I am not sure why this error is appearing.

  • I can test this in the non-production environment; however, do we need to select the “Applies to Requested Item” checkbox in both the UI Policies?

Thanks
Srinivasu

Hi @SrinivasuSa ,

Have you looked into the workflow / flow designer configuration to actually understand why it gets stuck? According to your screenshots it's clearly stated that input are missing for the catalog task.

If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
