I have created one HR service but it's not populating under HR Service field while creating new case

@Sandeep Rajput  - Thanks for your help. But i think i found solution for it. we have specified some topic details' HR service will not be able to select under 'Case creation configuration'

@IAmIshan You can check two things on your Service.

1. Is it active: Check the active checkbox on your HR Service

2. For which COE the service was created, attached image shows HR Lifecycle Events Case COE selected, hence only the service associated with HR Lifecycle Events case table would be shown here.

@Sandeep Rajput - Thanks for the quick response! Yes, i have verified both the things: It is Active and associated with HR Lifecycle Events case table. 
Any configuration/customization that might impacting it? or any field that i missed to update?

@Sandeep Rajput - One thing that I noticed is that if i change Topic Category for that HR Service then it is working fine.
