In ATF i want to open the respective site access request but all the field values are similar

Hi,

In ATF i want to open the respective site access request which is mentioned in the below screenshot, but all the field values are similar except Number.

Do we have any step to open SARID000102561 first

Do we have any step in ATF to configure which i want to open only SARID000102561 for the first time.

Please help me with the steps
