Interaction “Chat summary” field added to form layout in SOW view but not visible

Hi everyone,

I am trying to show the Chat summary field on the Interaction record, but it is not visible even after adding it to the form.

What I’ve done so far:

  • Table: interaction

  • I added the Chat summary field to the Form Layout for the specific view I am using.

  • I confirmed I am editing the same view that is displayed in the form header.

  • I can see the field in Form Layout, but when I open the Interaction record, the field does not appear on the form.

can anyone please help on this

Hi,

That field should be added on Service Operations Workspace view if you want to see it on SOW

We have done in SOW view only yet not visible. any troubleshooting methods?

Hi @Sruthi_2511 ,

There are several possible causes of this issue, including UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs, and the Form Layout (View).

You can investigate it using browser developer tools, Field Watcher, Debug Security Rules, and Debug UI Policies.
