Hi All,
Ex: P1 Response SLA is created upon incident created, when Assigned To a engineer, it will be completed.
i would like to start P1 Response SLA again upon some X field change/update on the form. is it possible?

Hi @AndersBGS
Thanks for the response. Is it a best practice to create another SLA, what are the challenges we face after creating a duplicate SLA.

Hi @AndersBGS I tried creating another SLA (duplicate of P1 SLA) with the same conditions along with one more condition added in Start, It didn't start when previous P1 SLA is completed.
My requirement is: I want P1 SLA to restart again and again when ever customer respond to a case. I tried in different ways, but none of them worked.
P1 SLA is completed upon Assigned To a engineer, i'm looking to restart Completed SLA is that Possible?
