Issues after migrated Dashboard to Platform Analytics in Xanadu

Hi Everyone,
I have performed the dashboard(platform analytics) migration recently in Xanadu version. Post migration I have encountered below issue. Could you please help me on this?
1. "Global" option is missing on global search dropdown list. When user search any record from the Global Search, The result will be redirecting to the Workspace view instead of platform UI. How to enable the Global Option?
2. I need to deactivate the options OOTB "Duplicate" "Create New" "Insights" and "Details" Icon under platform analytics view for particular role users. How to achieve this?
