ITIL Access Count

Hi All,

 

I just want to check how many ITIL Access has been allocated to my Project Account.For that I have checked the OOB Subscription Management dashboard.But there I have saw two products "IT Service Management Professional" and ITSM Professional Plus.And they were count of 50 for each.

 

Can any one tell me which is related to ITIL and what is the remaining one.

You can check the roles Associated with an Instance entitlement by going to  Subscription Management:

https://YOUR-INSTANCE.service-now.com/now/subscription/home/params/sm/overview

Select the instance entitlement, in your example "IT Service Management Professional" and then check the TAB "Associated roles".

Any reason why it is showing as 2 Itil Roles?

It seems one is for Role Type "Requester" and the other for "Fulfiller". It seems more of a usage level, but basically it is a Per-User subscription, if you have 50 users with itil role, you will have 50 allocated subscriptions, for example
