Hi All,
As part of my project requirement, I need to analyze the ITSM Success Dashboard. I installed the required plugins in my PDI configured roles and ran all the performance analytics jobs and the data collector job as well.
But all the indicator graphs under the success dashboards shows no data available.
I tried to create an incident deflection using KB but this is not working.
Can someone please guide me.

I was checking the docs for this piece , its first step itself says you have to procure ITSM Pro License.
So, i would say all the steps you have to do in customer instance only.

Hi @Ct111 and @Dr Atul G- LNG thanks for the quick response. But as per my understanding there is no license enforcement in PDI so we can install any plugin, even those marked as Paid. Hence, I was able to install the ITSM Success Dashboard plugin in my PDI.
Please suggest.

Agree, you can install it in PDI, but I’m not sure if it will work fully there since it’s a paid plugin in Prod. This dashboard relies on several components, including technical features like ML/AI that affect how the data behaves. Also, check if there are any jobs that need to run to populate the data—usually, some jobs are configured but may be disabled or need to be executed manually.
