Hello

is there a way to build a report that shows who has published a knowledge article?

The publishing done by system, as soon the it get approved.

Hello Atul, 

how can I then access / report on the approval. Can't find it in the approval table.

Hi @scz ,

 

OOTB there is no field which captures this info so creating a report will be difficult.

What I could suggest here is create a custom field called as Publisher (Reference Field) where u can record the person name who is publishing it.
