I am working on live chat, when user enters conversation, a task record is creating, now after 10 minutes flow is updating chat waiting to close abandoned when agent does not accept in 10 minutes, now after some time if user enters/rejoin the close conversation, i want to create a task record. For this I unable to locate how the tasks are being created, can you help what actions are creating these tasks, where to see.
