Hi,
I made a knowledge article template with 2 fields, but after applying this template within a new knowledge article, none of this 2 fields are shown. When I submit the default "FAQ" template; everything works well.
Using my own template results in everything staying the same way as within the "standard template" with only one "Article body".
Anywone who knows the cause of this problem? I already shared the template with the knowledge base itself.
Thanks!

Hello @AdamUMC
You need to add those fields in the form layout, for the value to reflect after applying the template.

Hi @Shivalika ;
The template itself is active and her fields as well. But after applying the template to a new knowledge article, none of this fields is present in the form layout.

Thanks a lot!
I added this two new fields to the form layout. I had to delete (hide) the "Article body" field, because it was not wanted by me.
So after creating each article template, I have to configure the form layout also properly. Thanks!
