Make Problem Task Type editable

How to make the problem task type editable, I couldn't find any scripts making it read-only

Check the Related List 'ACLs'

There  are two ACLs Write an Create

In OOB ACL's they have added nobody role for Write access.

You can add itil role there

Hi there is a write ACL on this field task type . You need to modify this by removing no body role and add user's role who needs access to edit
