Metric Result - trigger id field value

Hi Team,

 

We created report on metric result table but while exporting data trigger id field values are not coming through report and this issue is happening for ITIL user. As admin export the data from same report, trigger id field values are showing in report.

 

Not all trigger id values are comin through export only few are not showing.

 

We enabled below property as we thought this is because of dot walk-in.

glide.script.partial_record_materializer.enabled – true

seems to me as ACL issue.

try to see if your ITIL user fails any ACL.

try to use Access analyzer and see

If above issue if from ACL then in the report it won't allow any trigger id values right.

For few metric result we are getting the trigger id values for ITIL User.

When we export the data the issue is happening.

Check the access of the ITIL user to the record itself. Is he allowed to see it/see the field?

Access analyzer will help you if there really are access restrictions to the field.
