Multi select data type in Survey

Is It possible to create a data type in survey that can take multiple values as response and have a drop down.

In the current multiple select option, If I select a reference table like 'core_country' it makes the form too big with loads of option. i want to have a dropdown so that I can select multiple.

Is there a way to acheive this

Multiple selection data type

On questionnaires, users can select multiple check boxes indicating all answers that apply. For instance, a user can be instructed to "Select all that apply" in a multiple selection question.

Is there any way to get drop down to select multiple values like we have "list" type in servicenow form.
