Not able to access Published report

Hi Experts,

I created a report and published it. Then I copied the published URL and tried to open it in the new browser. But I am unable to view the report and it is showing 'Access to this content denied based on report_view ACLs'.
'.

Basically this URL utility is given so that anyone can view the report without logging in the ServiceNow Instance but I am not able to do so.

Please guide me on the same.

Hi @NarendraK14 ,

 

You need to look at the report_view ACL restricting the table. I guess that it's mentioned by ACL that you need to have specific role to view the data.

I have one more doubt, if I share report to everyone, still some users are not able to access the report. can you help me on this?

Again, you need to look at the ACLs and toles to compare a user that can see the report with a user that can't see the report - what is the difference here?
