Hi,
Natural Language Query (NLQ) in ServiceNow allows users to type natural language keywords or phrases, and the system automatically interprets those keywords to select and apply the appropriate list filter.
The key point is that the user does not manually build or choose a filter. Instead, ServiceNow analyzes the typed keywords and automatically determines which filter logic should be applied to the list. This is why option “automatically select a filter based on keywords” best matches the official behavior of NLQ.
Option "Speak" is incorrect because NLQ is not voice-based and does not involve speaking to the condition builder. NLQ works with typed natural language input, not spoken commands.
