Nudge option is not working.

For one of the requests an approval triggered to wrong owner. So, we have changed the owner to correct one in the table and tried to click on Nudge to retrigger the approval. But the approval record on request still shows the old name.
Can anyone help??

If I am not wrong, you need to retrigger the whole workflow / flow that will solve the issue.

@Pavan S Unfortunately, Nudge will not work in this case. You need to cancel the existing workflow context and re-trigger it via script.
