We have a team set up with 6 members who rotate weekly as Primary members (no secondary roster has been set up). As of 1 July, they want to re-order their member's shift patterns ONLY to commence from 1 July. When I go into Edit Schedule to update the members list to reshuffle I cannot see a date to select for a start date (or an end date).
If I add another Roster to commence from 1 July it becomes a secondary roster and but the Primary continues. Is there a way to change the Primary roster to end a certain date and have members set up in a new sequence to rotate? Or can I only really do it on 1 July?
Current Primary
Person 1
Person 2
Person 3
Person 4
Person 5
Person 6
New Primary from 1 July (change the sequence of how they will rotate)

Person 3
Person 1
Person 5
Would appreciate assistance on this. Thanks

I actually have worked out how to do this so do not need assistance but thought I would write out the steps I used for this scenario for anyone in the future looking for help.
1. Go to On-Call Calendars
2. Select the On-Call Schedule Group you need to update
3. Go to Day or Week view (I find these views work so much better to manage coverage updates etc)
4. In the calendar go to the start date of the shift you want to start changing the rotation select Actions > Edit Shift
5. Select the roster you want to change (Primary, Secondary etc)
6. In the To column add the end date of when the current rotation will end.
7. Then add the names back in by clicking on NEW and selecting the members with the new start date to begin rotation and then under the Order column add the sequence number they are in now to rotate through
8. Click Save/Update till you get back to the Calendar screen
9. You will find the start date of the new rotation will reflect the new order. You have the history of the old rotation in your calendar still for reference.
I hope this helps.

Hello - did this work for you? I have tried this and am not having any luck getting the schedule to show up on the new start date. I am using this in a slightly different manner - we have a team who has a very irregular rotation due to 1 member who doesn't take call on Fridays, so they are rotated in extra M-TH. I was able to make this work for 12 weeks of the schedule and was hoping to be able to repeat the schedule starting with the next 12 weeks. Your solution seemed like a good fit! Is there another step I'm missing? I've attached screen shots below.
