on-call schedule: Is it possible to use a template for the "overide escalation" step.

When we setup our on-call schedule for a group and go the the escalation setup, there we get an option to "overide escalation". This means that we can overide the default escalation with a custom escalation. However, when we click on this, we manually have to enter the members that we wish to add to the escalation. Is there a possibility to use a pre-defined template here that we can use everytime we want to overide the escalation, so that it always gets escalated to the manager of the group without having to add it manually everytime.

I also have this question.
I see that there is an On-Call Escalation Policy Template [on_call_template_escalation_policy] table, where the "rotate through rosters" escalation template lives. However if I create a new one it is not selectable from the "Create/Edit Schedule" wizard or manually through the Shift [cmn_rota] table.
