Hi all,
I am currently looking into On-call schedules and their capabilities, and I have come across a few issues where I would definitely need some advice, see my points below:
1) Is there an easy way to store and display the on-call group phone number? I know it is possible to see an on-call person individual phone numbers based on what they entered in the user profile, but this is not what I am looking for, as usually entire teams have group specific numbers and an underlying logic to rout the calls to individuals on shift.
2) Assuming we have on-calls groups that have specific applications / services in scope, and I want to be quickly able to identify an on-call group for a specific service that is down, where would I store that data in ServiceNow?
