On‑the‑fly dynamic translation of Knowledge Articles in Employee Center

Hello Everyone,

 

I have a requirement to dynamically translate knowledge articles in the Employee Center Portal.

I noticed that ServiceNow allows us to translate a KB article, but it creates a new translated version of the article. Instead of generating a separate version, I’m exploring whether it’s possible to translate a KB article dynamically—based on the user’s preferred language—similar to how comments, work notes, short descriptions, and descriptions are translated on incidents or requests.

 

Has anyone attempted this or been able to achieve it?
