Operational BusApps not related to a specific type of change record

Hi Service Now Community!


I'm hoping someone can assist me... I'm trying to report on Business Applications that have been made "Operational" and are not attached to a Standard Change in the "Affected CI's" tab. I do not have access to Performance Analytics. 

 

Currently I have a report using the table" Change Request Affected CI [cmdb_task_chg] which shows me the following fields:

  • Task 
  • Short Description 
  • State 
  • Requested By
  • Operational Status
  • Config Item
  • AppID

What is missing from the above is a field showing the date that the Operational Status was changed. Does anyone know if it's possible to add this in? If so, how?

That's something which needs to be created. or you may also use "current.last_discovered" which should display when the CI was last discovered successfully.
