Can we access our platform analytics dashboard into self service dashboards? if yes now

I have made a dashboard in platform analytics now I want it on self service dashboards

Hello,

 

  1. To embed a Platform Analytics (PA) dashboard in Service Portal, Please Refer to the following community post, which explains the available approaches in detail:

  2. If you are trying to embed an individual Platform Analytics widget, you can try the below approach:

    I was able to achieve this by using the Report widget in Service Portal.

    Steps:

       1.Create or identify the required Platform Analytics data visualization report.

      2.Open the Service Portal Page Designer.

      3.Add a Report widget to the page.

     4.In the widget configuration, search for and select the required data visualization report that you want to embed.

Please note that this approach may vary based on configuration and use case, but it can be used as a possible workaround.

Hi, can you specify what widget the "Platform Analytics" Widget (OOB) is? I can't find it in our instance or any documentation about it 🙂

Hi garimakharb,

 

Both PA Dashboards and Self Service Dashboards are same you don't have to move or change it.

But, if you want to display the dashboard in Self Service Portal then you can create a widget and add this dashboard URL to it.

I assume you are still getting redirected to the Core UI Dashboards. These dashboards will become deprecated soon.
Check out the Platform Analytics Migration Center.

Once you complete the migration procress, the system property (com.glide.par.unified_analytics.enabled) is set to true. From this point in time on you will get redirected to the new Platform Analytics Experience Dashboards via the Self-Service module.
