Hello Brian, does the same applies to knowledge similar articles? Do I need 10k and more data to train the model?For incidents, cases ok, but for knowledge articles  seems like a huge number to me. Am I wrong?

Similarity solutions only require a minimum of 10 records, and is set by the following system property -

We do not recommend to change these default values.
