Good day,
Within Problem ticketing, there's the ability to link Incidents to a Problem ticket. What I'm curious about is: What is the value/use of this? A problem ticket should declare the parent incident in "First Reported By". Any Incident placed front and center of the problem ticket should be the parent incident, further meaning that parent incident is already associated to child incidents. So I ask again - what is the point/value of manually adding incidents when they *should* already be connected?

First reported by is mainly used when we want to link any task record to problem not only Incident ,where is other case you can only add / link Inc / change.
