Propose a Standard Change Template UI action is not working

Hi All,

Propose a Standard Change template in change request is not working.

When I am clicking on this it is showing me this error

Please help in this.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,

User has change_manager role still she is getting this error. She is a member of eCAB group.

could you please try with ITIL role once. along with change manager role.

Thats wired, as per theory and in PDI , a user with ITIL role can create a Standard change proposal from change. I just tested in my PDI with IYTIL user and no issue encountered. Try to assign the ITIL & CM role to user again, logout and login and test.

Propose a new Standard Change Template record producer was inactive that's user was getting error.

Its working now.
