Propose a Standard Change Template UI action is not working

Hi All,

 

Propose a Standard Change template in change request is not working.

When I am clicking on this it is showing me this error

Opps.. Good finding. But i am still thinking how UI action linked with Record producer.

Hi, 
I got the same error message. But for the "modify change template" UI action. And it was a simple fix. 

The record producer record itself  "Modify change template" was inactive. 🙂 
Double check that your record producer is active. 

It will work if you test it as an Admin but as soon as you switch to an regular change_manager or itil user that error msg popup.
