Question on approval in RITM

Hi Team,

Good evening,

I have requirement like for ONE RITM We need to send the group of approval (TWO GROUP'S) any one group reject the send the group of approval to same group.. like until its approved we need to create a group of approval....

for this Requirement i used flow designer 

Every this working fine but below mentioned issue i am facing 

I have a question in RITM . In one RITM contain Group of approval (Two group's-- ITP1, ITP2) , after one group(ITP1) approved second group going to 'No Long Required'(ITP2) and creating one more Group of approval  with same group (ITP2)........ 

If anyone known's could you please help me on this

If you look at it from the process standpoint, what is the purpose of assigning an approval to the same group over and over again if they reject it?
