Related List Filter not applicable to all users

Adding Active is true as filter in related list entry...but not applicable to all users.
What could be the reason?

Hi @gavkirkar,

 

in the List ID, there's associated view, can you check that the affected users have visibility in that view?

 

And/or check the table directly, not in related tab, perhaps the affected users cannot see all the data as such, e.g. there might be some rule (ACL, display BR, ...) that prevents the visiblity to all the users, check that as well
