How can we find out which template they have used in the knowledge article? in the list view or anyother way where we can find it out which template they have used
@Shiva Durga Pra - What you not able to get ? Do you have this table kb_article_template ? Check by entering in all menu as "kb_article_template.list" if it opens up then see what records you have and then select filter of class with same names and you will get details.
