Release phase not moving

Hi 

 

I have a release record where the state is not progressing to Approval, even though all related tasks are closed. Are there any recommended checks or updates we should look into? what could be the issue

Hello @CarolMa6  I believe in the OOTB legacy RM v2, there is no automation set up to change the release state based on the related tasks,the state change needs to be done manual so if there is required any dynamic change you must configure it/customize it .

Note, that there is also the 'new' Digital Product Release application in SN, where the automations can be configured to move from one stage to another when all the prereq. are completed (using policies ).
