Remove email auto fill when emailing from a ticket

How do you remove one of the auto fill when typing a name on an email from a ticket. As shown in the photo attached. The account is not in the user table

The To field is a reference field, so it will always display at least one parameter, like the name. You need to check the To field and then apply the reference qualifier accordingly. I think we cant remove this.

It appears in both and the table is any task based table when emailing
